1. The employer does not enforce the face mask mandate. Customers are allowed into the store without wearing face masks. Management and some employees encourgage customers to remove their face masks while in the store. 2. Social distancing is not being practiced in the store. 3. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and other employees are not required to be tested after being exposed. 4. Some employees have returned to work without finishing the amount of days recommended for being quarantined.
