1. The employer is not enforcing the face mask mandate. Customers are permitted to shop in the store with no social distancing and without wearing face masks, which could expose employees to COVID-19. The employer believes that wearing face masks and distancing is useless, which is creating a hostile work environment for employees. 2. Several employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer has not implemented any precautions to keep the employees safe, due to not believing the virus is real. 3.
