T8CCR§3205 - COVID-19 Prevention There is a Covid outbreak in the campus. In a period of 14 days 4 security guards, 2 kindergarten teachers, 2 first grade teachers. 1 coach has tested positive. All positive cases were quarantined and one of the cases was hospitalized. The employer has not communicated all employees who have been exposed to employees or students cases in order to quarantine. Also students and parents have not been notified, and campus remain open. Employer has not conducted deep cleaning of the site after each positive COVID-19 case. NOTE: Complainant has called the health department and provided the information, but she called again today and the person who answered stated they do not have records of this outbreak in the system.Alleged Hazards: 2, Employees Exposed: 1
