It was reported to OSHA that this establishment had one confirmed case of COVID-19 on November 2, 2020 and that the employer did not temporarily shut down and disinfect the facility before allowing workers to return to work. It was further reported that contact tracing was not conducted when the employer became aware of the employee's positive test results thereby potentially exposing other employees to the hazards of COVID-19.
