1 From March 22 through March 26, 2021, employees were exposed to another sick employee who ended up testing positive for Covid 19. This sick employee came into work on March 22 and stated they were very sick with Covid-19 symptoms. 2 The city failed to send the sick employee home. 3 The city does not follow their own Covid policy such as the screening procedure which would have prevented all of this.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-20
