Employees have to buy their own respirator for spray painting and sand blasting, no respiratory program exists. Employees are not provided with welding gloves or welding masks, they buy their own. Grinders are not properly guarded. Forklift drivers are not trained, and the forklifts do not have seatbelts. Compressed gas cylinders are not properly secured and are stored together. Fire extinguishers are old, with one last inspected in 1997. There is no first aid kit available. Office management does not wear masks, does not social distancing, staff told to buy their own sanitizer.Alleged Hazards: 10, Employees Exposed: 5
