1. Lack of proper ventilation for the acid tanks, there are no fume hoods, there is only 1 exhaust fan that is too small and the acid is used far away from the fan which also does not have an environmental filter. 2. Lack of proper safety equipment provided when working with the acid, employees are not provided face shields or gas masks and are forced to purchased their own to protect themselves without being reimbursed. 3. Acid tanks not properly secured, the structure holding up the acid tanks is corroded away at several points, this issue has been going on for months with no attempt to fix it. 4. Slip hazards around the floor by the oil and mineral spirit tank due to spilled oil and mineral spirits, there are no slip protection mats or signs to warn employees of the hazard.
