The employer does not ensure that employees are practicing social distancing and/or wearing adequate face coverings as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not perform additional cleaning of areas in the establishment after COVID-19 cases are identified or confirmed as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer allows employees who have tested positive for COVID-19, or who believe to have been exposed to COVID-19, to continue to work without requiring employees to self-quarantine as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
