1. T8 CCR 3203(a)(4) & (6) The employer was aware of an employee who tested positive for COVID-19, but did not inform other employees of their potential exposure. 2. T8 CCR 3328(c) & 3273(a) The employer has not ensured that the chicken rotisserie machine was inspected and maintained. The machine leaks grease onto the floor and poses a slipping hazard. 3. T8 CCR 2510.4 The employer has not ensured that employees are protected against accidental contact with energized electrical contacts. The power cord of the "mega top" does not fully insert into the power receptacle, leaving some of the prong exposed. 4. T8 CCR 3328(c) The employer has not ensured that the hose/sprayer in the "dish pit" was maintained or replaced. The hose leaks and sprays hot water in the face of employees as they wash dishes.
