The Business is not following COVID-19 guidelines set in order 2020-114 and order 2020-143 as follows: 1. Tables are not 6 feet apart. 2. No marking/signage/pamphlets provided to customers regarding safety guidelines as required by 2020-114. 3. Patrons are not required to wear masks 4. Maximum Occupancy is exceeded regularly with no regard for safety, especially at the annex. 5. All employees at the front of the house are exposed regularly. 6. Multiple employees have expressed their concern and several have quit because of the lack of accountability of this business.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
