1. Employer has not developed and implemented policies, procedures and/or instructions to prevent Coronavirus (COVID-19) exposure. 2. Company has not implemented risk assessment procedures for Coronavirus (COVID-19) to prevent employee exposure to the virus. 3. Employees are presenting COVID-19 symptoms and employer is not enforcing CDC Guidance procedures. Employees testing is not enforced and employees are permitted to stay working exposing other employees to COVID-19 virus. As a result, employees have subsequently tested COVID-19 positive, continued working and potentially exposed other employees to the virus.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 6
