Regulatory Report
3145 West Mount Hope Avenue, Lansing, 48911 Michigan, United States
1. PPE is not easily accessible and it's hard to find face shields unless management is here. We are told to wear gloves that are too big for us at times. 2. Not all employees are being required to do the health screening at the entrance. Even our acting administrators don't do the screening. 3. We are not being told when staff test positive. 4. Only 40% of staff are participating in weekly testing. Sometimes we do our weekly testing and are not being given our results, also there is no sign in for testing saying who was tested, management said they would do it for us. I feel that we should be shown and given our test results. 5. Residents are going out with family at times even spending the night and coming back without screening or testing. If there is a positive case we are to discontinue activities but this is not being done. 6. One employee tested positive in the morning for covid and worked until three in the afternoon even though management knew this employee was infected. 7. Also, we are allowing people in even though we shouldn't be due to positive cases.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-04-01
