The employer has not implemented and monitored a COVID 19 plan to include; A workplace specific hazard assessment has not been conducted with procedures to minimize risk of transmission and communicated to employees. People entering the facility are not screened and triaged. Proper PPE is not provided to protect employees who are exposed to people with suspected or confirmed COVID-19. Respirators are not used in accordance with 1910.134 Employees are not screened before each work shift.
