1. Employees fear for their safety during emergency evacuations due to inability to exit the facility in a safe and timely manner. The employee has one of the two front doors locked. 2. Employees are experiencing dizziness, headaches and vomiting due to the hot temperatures. The air conditioner does not work. 3. Employees are concerned for their health while handling clothing and items covered with mold. The items may expose the employees to COVID-19 due to the employer not taking precautions prior to employees come into contact with donated items.
