1. It is alleged that "dozens" of employees are covid-19 positive. This includes two managers at the pool and table game employees. The employer is not advising employees who may have come into contact with the positive employees of their potential exposure. 2. The employer is not mandating masks to be worn on the pool deck in violation of the Governor's mandate that masks must be worn unless actually in the water.
