1. The employer frequently has people touring the restaurant, including the kitchen, and no one is wearing masks. Customers come and go all the time with no masks. Servers are not being told to wear them properly either. 2. The employer is allowing large gatherings in the banquet hall. 3. There are 2 machines in disrepair (a slicer and a huge mixer) that employee are forced to use. The mixer had to be duct taped during use in order to function.
