The nursing staff are caring for residents with COVID-19. The staff is being provided only surgical masks. The facility has only one size of N95 disposable respirators available for the staff to use. (Garrison model 1730) Some employees have been fit tested. The fit testing program recently stopped due to the shortage of N95's. Respirators and other supplies are locked in the Administration area and this area is locked after business hours. The keys have not been provided to ensure 24 hour access to the supplies.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 75
