Not following COVID mask mandate for employees or patrons. Employees were either maskless, wearing their masks below their nose/chin while interacting in close proximity to other staff and patrons. One employee had a mask that looked like lace/netting - working in the essential oil/vitamin section. They are willfully putting patrons and employees who are trying to follow the mandate at risk and not supporting their employees when patrons are refusing to wear masks/become abuse.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-07-30
