1. No emergency lighting. 2. There are no railings on the steps. 3. Gas bottles are not being stored properly. 4. Electrical boxes on top of machinery and on wall have wires hanging out exposing employees to shock. 5. In the back of the shop, exit sign does not illuminate. 6. Drill press is missing covers and has exposed belts and pulleys. 7. Fire extinguishers have not been inspected in several years. 8. Chemical bottles not being stored properly on the shipping shelf. 9. There are tubs of 99% alcohol that are not stored in proper flammable containers. 10. Management does not enforce the use of masks, social distancing, and the use of hand sanitizers. 11.
