There are around 6000 people who work at GE. Employee works in one of the buildings. There are hundreds if not thousands of people in very closer quarters. With this spread of Covid-19 the employee feels that they are making us return to work way to soon and jeopardizing the safety of many people. We are expected to return on March 30th. Employee thinks the entire park should be shut down for a lot longer so we can stop the spread. No matter what limited cleaning GE does while we are currently off will make absolutely no dent in the fact we are working 1-2 feet apart. The virus and sickness will spread. Employee has a family at home that depends on them. Getting sick unnecessarily is not something they wish to chance if possible.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-03-23
