1. The employer has not implemented a Covid-19 workplace safety plan in compliance with CDC guidelines. More specifically, the employer has not developed or implemented procedures to be initiated after an employee tests positive for COVID-19. Applicable OSHA Standard: Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 2. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that managers are practicing social distancing and/or wearing adequate face coverings as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
