Alleged Hazards: There are 100+ employees in the building. COVID-19 safety procedures are being largely ignored. At the public entrance there are buckets for the public to place their personal belongings for security screening. They are reused and touched by over 600 people per day and they are not being sanitized after usage - much less twice a day. Both the public and employees have complained to management multiple times to no avail. This has been a daily ongoing problem since reopening. There are six windows where the public is triaged and given slips of paper. There isn't a SINGLE bottle of hand sanitizer available ANYWHERE and pens are touched over and over again without being cleaned. Counters are not being wiped down and the spacing between windows is less than 6 feet, also. Local mask ordinances are not being followed. PII said to allow the public and employees to wear masks with filters dispite there being an order disallows the usage of them. There have been multiple employees exposed to intimates and the public who are COVID positive and they are not being allowed to stay home the 14 days, thereby exposing everyone else.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-08-20
