1. Management is telling its employees that they may only wear a surgical mask when working with patients who are suspected of being positive for the coronavirus when they visit various hospitals in the area such as Valley, Centennial Hills, Summerlin, Spring Valley, and Desert Springs. Employees are told not to follow hospital staff policy which requires the use of an N95 or PAPR when working with these patients. Employees cannot access the lockbox which contains the correct personal protective equipment. 2. Management insists that its employees treat COVID-19 positive patients first and continue on to non-positive patients with the same scrubs on. 3. When employees are exposed to a covid-19-positive patient, they are not permitted to take any time away from work to be tested or to self-isolate unless the employees have, "all of the symptoms," of a covid-19 infected patient. Additionally, employees are told that a primary doctor's note or a virtual visit doctor's note is insufficient and employees must return to work while they await the test results. If the employee is confirmed positive, only then does the employer allow the employee to quarantine at home. HAZARD LOCATION: Various Hospitals 4/7/2020 dyAlleged Hazards: 3,
