There are about 30 employees working here. In November 2020, an employee was infected with COVID-19, employee recovered, however, the employee found out last Friday that the employee's spouse was infected with COVID-19. EE notified the ER about her spouse having the virus. ER told the EE that since she got it, she will not be getting the virus again and to continue working with a N95 mask. There is no social distancing in the place of work. No hazard assessment for the prevention of COVID-19.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2021-01-21
