Presses located near the entrance and exit doors. Employees are exposed to amputations when putting their hands inside presses to change dies. Applicable OSHA Standards: 29 CFR 1910.217, 1910.212 and 1910.147. 3. Chemicals and oils are spilled on the floor near the presses, creating slip and fall hazards to employees.
