1. The employer is not requiring face coverings to reduce the possible spread of Covid-19 in the workplace. Applicable OSHA standard: Section 5(a)1 of the OSH Act. 2. Presses located near the entrance and exit doors. Employees are exposed to amputations when putting their hands inside presses to change dies. Applicable OSHA Standards: 29 CFR 1910.217, 1910.212 and 1910.147. 3. Chemicals and oils are spilled on the floor near the presses, creating slip and fall hazards to employees. Applicable OSHA Standard: 29 CFR 1910.22
