Regulatory Report

Covid-19 OSHA Complaint, Fox Ford LLC, 3560 28th St SE, GRAND RAPIDS, MI, 49512, USA

4 years ago business

3560 28th Street Southeast, Grand Rapids, 49512 Michigan, United States

1. We in the BDC Office have the ability to work from the safety of our homes and are not permitted to do so (we did it at the start of the lockdown). 2. As part of the daily Covid-19 screening program our temperatures are not taken daily. 3. We had an employee test positive and other people in contact with her were not sent home. Another employee mentioned that her boyfriend tested positive for Covid-19, she was never sent home or isolated. 4. The air filters in the building's heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system have not been changed and/or upgraded. 5. The company has finally increased the separation distance of some employees. However, we still use the same bathroom, break room and same finger-based punch in system. 6. Employees in the BDC Office wear face coverings, but other departments in the building rarely have face coverings being worn. These areas include Sales, Parts, Oil change and Service. 7. Fox Motors is not alerting staff until days after an employee tests positive. 8. Fox Ford is engaging in risky behaviors that put their employees at risk for Covid-19. Risky situations including hosting a group lunch that will result in people congregating together potentially spreading Covid-19.
