1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from hair left on the floor after each customer. 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from employees not required to wash their hands after every haircut. 3. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from clippers/scissors not sanitized after each customer. 4. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from employees who are not vaccinated are allowed to not wear a face mask. 5. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from employees allowed to eat at their work station. 6. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from not having gloves or face masks provided by the employer. 7. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 hazards from not having cleaning supplies to sanitize equipment available. 8. Employees are threatened with termination if they discuss safety and health concerns with OSHA.
