1. Employees and children are allowed to report to the centers with COVID-like symptoms. 2. Contact tracing is not being performed and/or inadequate. Response to a COVID-19 case is to quarantine the classroom. The employer has failed to identify the flex employees who rotate throughout the classrooms. 3. Vaccinated employees are not quarantined, following a known COVID-19 exposure. 4. Employees are not adequately trained on COVID-19 procedures and are not provided the COVID 19 policy / procedures when requesting them from management. 5.
