1. The employer is not ensuring that non-vaccinated employees are wearing face masks while working indoors. At least two employees are not vaccinated and do not wear face masks. There are at least three people who have worked while showing symptoms of COVID-19. One has been sent home and two are still working. It is unknown whether testing was done.
