It is alleged that the employer: - Has no written Hazard Communication program - There are no Safety Data Sheets available to employees - There are frequent fires that employees are expected to fight but employees have not been trained on fire extinguisher use - Employees operate forklifts but have not been trained on their use - Employer does not clean workstations between shifts thereby potentially exposing employees to Covid-19 pathogens - Employer pours high alcohol content chemicals down the drain and into the public water supply
