1. The employer is permitting physicians and nursing staff members with suspected exposure to COVID-19 to continue to come to work without quarantining. 2. The employer is permitting physicians and nursing staff members who have tested positive with COVID-19 to continue to come to work. 3. The employer is not notifying staff members when a staff member and/or patient tests positive for COVID-19. 4. The employer does not routinely clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces, such as workstations, countertops, handrails, doorknobs and work trays. 5.
