Patient care tech (nic) entered COVID-19 confirmed patients rooms with no personal protective equipment (meaning no gloves, mask, gown etc.) to take vital signs/pass breakfast trays, and give report, then proceeded to enter non COVID-19 pts room without any type of personal protective equipment (including the required mask by hospital policy) during morning rounds. Observed risks include passing COVID-19 from confirmed positive patients to negative patients that could ultimately result in death.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 1
