1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. The employer is not doing enough to ensure compliance by residents who often do not wear masks in public areas throughout the building such as in the fitness area, the back hallways, and service elevators.
