1. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 illness in that no COVID-19 policy is in place. Currently 10 employees are said to be sick with COVID-19 illness and no disinfection and cleaning of surfaces or vehicles have been completed to ensure the virus does not spread to other employees at the jobsite. This is contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, General Duty Clause 5(a)(1).Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 300
