1. The Oak Park terminal of FedEx does not follow the safety guidelines around COVID-19, employees are not required to wear masks even though they are consistently in close proximity, not socially distancing themselves from other drivers and loaders. 2. Many of FedEx's staff have contracted COVID-19 and the terminal has hidden this from the staff, not properly informing them causing the outbreak to continue to spread. 3. Drivers who are exposed to COVID-19 are sent out on their routes with no requirements to wear a mask, potentially increasing the spread of COVID-19.
