1. No clean restroom at the site location. There is a person that lives in the back and uses the restroom. CCR, Title 8, 3364(b) Sanitary Facilities 2. Have to purchase your own safety gear CCR, Title 8, 3380 (d) - Personal Protective Devices 3. They do not clean work truck (dodge ram/ Silverado and Ford) and van. Got COVID tested. CCR, Title 8, 3205(d)- COVID-19 Prevention 4. Work trucks are not serviced or maintained. Tags are expired. CCR, Title 8, 1597 (a) Jobsite Vehicles Do not provide water. CCR, Title 8, 3363 (b) - Water Supple 'J] 1/ Employees spoke with PII (Supervisor) and no change in work safety. His response is, "If you don't like it, look for another job" Last year (2020), the supervisor called in a meeting regarding the water complaint from Cal/OSHA and installed an ice machine.
