In various locations, the European Wax Center has had several positive cases of COVID-19 exposing employees to the virus since December 15, 2021. The employer is not adhering to public health recommendations and CDC guidelines and precautions to reduce the exposure to COVID-19: 1. The employer has a COVID-19 procedure but does not enforce it. 2. There are no engineering controls or social distancing in place. 3. The employer is not conducting investigations to promptly identify and notify all employees who may be suspected to have come in close contact with a confirmed positive COVID-19 individual. 4. The employer did not initiate a quarantine process to isolate any employee who has potential exposure to a COVID-19 positive employee 5. The employer is not enforcing cleaning procedures practices 6.
