1.Patron does not follow protocols in its Exposure Control Plan. 2.Lack of maintenance and cleaning of prevention due to Covid-19. 3.Lack of personnel responsible for screening (temperature taking), the school has two accesses to it. 4.Lack of soap, drying paper and disinfectant gel in the bathrooms. 5.Lack of protective equipment for employees such as a mask.
