1. The company does not enforce PPE rules. Employees work in the offices and meet with customers through the day to show houses. No one is required to wear a mask in the office despite a sign on the door saying that all people entering the building must wear a face covering or will be fined. 2. Cleaning ladies go into apartments sometimes with COVID positive tenants who just left. 3. Employees are penalized for missing work due to being sick and they require a doctor's note to validate illnesses. 4. The company does not use ground markings, signs, and physical barriers to prompt employees to remain six feet from others. 5. Employees who have COVID positive spouses at home continue to come into work and other employees who are exposed to positive cases outside of work continue to come into the workplace.
