1055 Home Avenue, Kokomo, 46902 Indiana, United States

1. They are not taking covid seriously. Cleaning is at a minimum when there are multiple people that have had covid. Making employees work who have COVID. 2. Shelving and storage rack with no caging, open shelves with stuff being put on with employee on the other side working below. 3. No fire suppression in the paint booth. 4. Paint booth is not well ventilated. 5. Shop - Trip hazards on floor, including cords, trash, and cardboard. 6. No safety glasses, face shield, or mask and they do not require them. 7. Guards taken off machines, like iron worker and hand tools like grinders. 8. Trying to rack over walkways and fork truck way. 9. No proper ventilation for welders. 10. Shop - Blocked fire extinguisher. 11. Shop - Doors are locked with pipes. 12. Paint booth is a lean-to with a door. 13. Employee not wearing respirators when they are provided. 14. Flatbed trailer driven with too much weight. 16. Propane fork truck doesn't have back up alarm.

There is a website on facebook constituents and vigorous which it shows sponsored they are all frauds they show something else send a privacy fence 1 foot by one foot they advertise 6 foot expandable fence charged me charge me 183.00 bucks this sh*t they sent me no more than $ 10. Chinese scam.
