1. They are not taking covid seriously. Cleaning is at a minimum when there are multiple people that have had covid. Making employees work who have COVID. 2. Shelving and storage rack with no caging, open shelves with stuff being put on with employee on the other side working below. 3. No fire suppression in the paint booth. 4. Paint booth is not well ventilated. 5. Shop - Trip hazards on floor, including cords, trash, and cardboard. 6. No safety glasses, face shield, or mask and they do not require them. 7. Guards taken off machines, like iron worker and hand tools like grinders. 8. Trying to rack over walkways and fork truck way. 9. No proper ventilation for welders. 10. Shop - Blocked fire extinguisher. 11. Shop - Doors are locked with pipes. 12. Paint booth is a lean-to with a door. 13. Employee not wearing respirators when they are provided. 14.
