1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to persons/patrons wearing face coverings while in the Employer's establishment. Homeless persons enter the establishment and most of them are not wearing face coverings when entering. 2. Employees are exposed to COVID-19 due to interacting with clients for 2 (two) hours instead of 1 (one) hour. 3. The office area and kitchen area are dirty. 4. Restrooms in the office and housing area are dirty requiring employees to clean up feces off toilets and floor.
