1. A positive case was reported on November 3, 2020. Employees were only instructed to wear masks for the duration of the workday for the next two weeks and professional office cleaning was directed to be done after business hours. Company skewing CDC definition of "close contact" to claim employees not at risk and only suggested that if employee wishes for testing, to call provider. Employee had a maintenance request that required entry the same day and employees/manager were pressured to conduct maintenance with PPE but despite admission of uncomfortabilty from high risk family members.Source: Osha.gov | Receipt Date: 2020-11-09
