1. Employees are not wearing masks after coming back from having COVID (8-9 days after symptoms), they are couching and no masks are being worn. 2. Employees are told to not complete the COVID daily screening sheets truthfully, they are told not to indicate they have symptoms or have been around someone who is sick with COVID since the business is short staffed. 3.
