At the facility, the employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees by enforcing and maintaining physical/social distancing in the workplace. 2. At the facility, the employer is exposing employees to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that the employer is not following CDC guidelines to protect employees by cleaning and disinfecting workspaces after persons suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 have been in the workplace. 3. At the facility, the employer is not following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to protect employees from exposure to SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in that employees are allowed to be in Close Contact (see note below) with other employees who have COVID-19. Note: Close Contact is defined by CDC as someone who was within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour 3period starting from 2 days before illness onset (or, for asymptomatic patients, 2 days prior to test specimen collection) until the time the patient is isolated.
