1. Employees are not complying with any mandates for COVID-19 as far as social distancing and wearing face masks. 2. Employee screening is not being done. Employees have not had temperatures taken in about 3 months. 3. An employee recently received positive test results for COVID-19 and continued to wait tables while having symptoms of the virus. The employee worked the entire shift serving people food and drinks, rolling silverware, etc. 4. The other day, two employees had COVID-19 symptoms. One of them called out sick but the other employee was told to come to work while having a fever. 5.
