The employer did not ensure that effective barriers were installed in the 10 ft x 10 ft overnight crew sleeping quarters room to reduce the risk of transmission between employees during rest periods. T8 CCR 3205(c)(8)(A). 2. The employer did not ensure employees can maintain a physical distance of at least 6 feet between each other while sleeping in the overnight crew quarters. T8 CCR 3205(c)(6). 3. The employer did not ensure to evaluate the existing environment to increase ventilation to the maximum quantity of outdoor air as well as evaluate the HVAC system to increase filtration efficiency to the highest level compatible with the existing ventilation system in the overnight crew quarters. The employer did not ensure to conduct a workplace-specific identification of all interactions, areas, activities, processes, equipment that could potentially expose employees to COVID-19 hazards, specifically in regards to the overnight crew quarters.
