1. Covid protocols are not being followed. The facility is not being sanitized on a regular basis and the clock-in tablets are not cleaned regularly. 2. Over 100 employees clock-in around the same time causing many employees to congregate in a small area at the same time. Additionally, there are overcrowded workspaces. 3. Employees have been told to come to work after they tested positive for Covid-19 and still showing symptoms. 4. Several employees and management team staff do not wear masks properly. 5. Not all employees have been getting their temperatures taken.
