1. An employee tested positive for COVID-19 on September 13, 2021. The employee had been working for days prior and exposed other employees who are not being required to quarantine. Some of the employees may not have been vaccinated. 2. The employer has not done any cleaning and sanitizing since the positive case of the virus.
