The ER did not notify employees of COVID-19 exposures in the workplace. The Back-Up Manager had COVID-19 and nobody was made aware of it. The ER did not provide information about access to COVID-19 testing for the exposed employees to a COVID-19 case. The ER did not do a deep cleaning to disinfect touch surfaces and object after a COVIC-19 case at workplace.Alleged Hazards: 3, Employees Exposed: 1
