Employees are, and/or were, exposed to the COVID-19 virus in the workplace, due to: 1. Employees, all of whom, at times, have relatively close contact with each other, were not informed when other employees tested positive for the COVID-19 virus or were diagnosed with the infection; 2. Masks are not worn in the back of the facility; 3.
